Nothing — individual accounts are platform accounts, not org accounts. Hours logs, CE certificates, and transcripts are keyed to the user, not the employer. If your org leaves TherapyFoundry, your personal record stays exactly where it is.

Yes. Every org plan includes the full feature set — Hours Tracker, CE catalog, staff management, orientation modules, events, forums, resources, training, and room scheduling. Tiers differ by the number of members your organization can have, not by what tools are available to you. There is no feature gating between plans.

The AI add-on gives your organization a custom AI model trained on your own resources and content — courses, training materials, orientation modules, and resources you've published. Staff can search and ask questions in plain language; answers come exclusively from what your org has published, not the open web. It's priced at $2 per included member per month (Starter $50/mo, Growth $150/mo, Organization $300/mo, Enterprise $600/mo). AI is toggled on or off for the entire organization from the Back Office; it's not a per-member setting.

Your organization gets its own subdomain (e.g., ce.yourorg.org), your logo, your brand colors, and your platform name — all managed from the Back Office. From a user's perspective, it reads as your product, not TherapyFoundry's. TherapyFoundry is the infrastructure brand; your org name is what end users see.
